Intelligent nano imprint

SVG has innovated in micro-nano transfer printing technology, overcoming challenges in flexible imprinting and functional batch processing, and developed various types of nano imprinting (hot embossing, hot-melt cold embossing, UV light curing, micro-nano transfer printing) equipment for industrialization. This has enabled the green manufacturing of holographic materials, flexible touch sensors, and ultra-thin light guide plates, significantly enhancing the performance of flexible optoelectronic materials.

By leveraging its comprehensive process capabilities, including optical design, master production, etching, and inspection technology, SVG provides industrial partners with process development, NIL equipment, and batch manufacturing solutions for flexible optoelectronic materials, augmented reality devices, spatial imaging, and genetic testing.

It has been recognized as a key project of the National International Science and Technology Cooperation Program (with VTT, Finland) and the National 863 Program in 2008, and awarded the First Prize of Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Award.
